Today's seniors are more healthy and active than ever before.  Horizon Health offers community based programs to honor and engage active seniors.  These include information, educational and recreational opportunities, and volunteer options.

Horizon Health knows that giving back helps keep all of us active and healthy, while meeting urgent needs among our families, neighborhoods, workplaces, and the other communities to which we belong. Learn more about volunteering in your community.
