Caregivers stay healthy longer and are less stressed through regular association with support groups which afford practical advice, understanding, and affirmation. Horizon Health Faith in Action hosts monthly support group gatherings, which provide caregivers with a safe and supportive environment to share thoughts, ideas, concerns, tears and laughter with other caregivers who understand the situation. These support group meetings and additional caregiver services are provided free of charge to our community.
