Welcome to Horizon Health

Horizon Health began the journey of providing services to seniors and their families and employment opportunities for area residents in 1991. We have evolved from an organization with 2 employees serving a handful of people to employing over 230 people serving 300 people on a daily basis. As you travel through the pages of this website, you will notice that our services can meet a variety of needs from volunteer opportunities for people of all ages to in-home support services through our homecare department, independent senior living to assisted living services for frail elderly and people with dementia or Alzheimers and the list goes on. We are here to help you on your journey. Whatever path you are on Horizon Health is ready to be your guide. Thank you for visiting Horizon Health and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

SOAR

Effective leaders in Morrison County need to constantly reinvent themselves to reflect the challenges of changing rural economies and demographics. Successful Older Adult Resources (SOAR) will provide four sessions FREE of charge to adults 55 and better specially developed with senior leadership in mind.
