Horizon Health Faith in Action Dine and Discover Educational sessions is our way at Horizon Health to give back to the community that gives so much to us. We believe at Horizon Health that knowledge is power. If you don’t know the right question to ask you don’t get the right answers. These Dine and Discover sessions are meant to set the foundation of knowldge on various topics to empower you to get the right answers. Having the right information and the resources to know the possibilities can make anyones journey through life easier.

Anyone can attend these sessions, they are free to the community. If the topic affects you or anyone in your family then you are the one we are looking for!
