RSVP's Successful Older Adult Resources (SOAR) Program offers you the ability to turn your lifetime of experience into leadership that matters. SOAR will encourage you to overcome challenges of leadership later in life and support you in finding new ways to use your leadership skills.
Effective leaders in Morrison County need to constantly reinvent themselves to reflect the challenges of changing rural economics and demographics. SOAR will provide four sessions free of charge to adults 55 and better specially developed with senior leadership in mind.

Classes are FREE and meet one day a month from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Little Falls Area Chamber. Lunch is included in your FREE registration. Certificates will be awarded to seniors who participate in all three classes.
