The Little Falls Harmony House, built in 2002 and acquired by Horizon Health in 2004, offers a large one level facility with spacious and comfortable rooms. It is called “home” for up to 22 residents. Wonderful community spaces overlook an undeveloped beautiful rural landscape. Private and semi-private rooms are available. Entry doors equipped with alarms assist in safety and assurance.

Residents are able to enjoy supportive care and personalized services in a comfortable home-like setting provided by caring staff.
